It’s the most wonderful time of the year again! We hope your holiday preparations are underway. We’ve been preparing for the big rush to ensure your holiday orders are fulfilled and delivered just in time for Christmas. Here’s what you need to know:
- Our recommended order dates are:
- Thursday, December 14 (11AM PST) for regular production
- Friday, December 15 (9AM PST) for same day & next day production
- Expedited shipping is available, although rush production is usually more cost-effective.
- Important tip: We recommend using Ground or USPS from December onwards. We cannot guarantee the delivery of packages sent using FedEx Ground Economy as its delivery times are less consistent closer to Christmas.
We know how hectic this season can be, so don’t worry! Our production and customer service teams will be working weekends from November 25 to December 17 to fulfill all orders quickly.
