Polystyrene Foamboard

We print our foam board mounted prints on premium quality 3/16″ white heat-activated foamcore. The material is a polystyrene foam core with clay coated paper facings and a heat activated adhesive bond for a secure and long lasting hold. Its lightweight yet durable build creates a clean, professional look and makes the prints easier to display, transport and handle.

Color Accuracy

Our professional giclée eco-solvent inkjet printers are regularly color calibrated to ensure accurate, consistent color reproduction. We monitor and calibrate printers constantly to maintain color value outputs for accuracy on every print. This process, along with archival-quality inks, produces rich, vibrant colors and sharp detail that last for more than 100 years, helping to preserve your photos and artwork for generations.

What is Foam-mounted Print?

A foam mounted print is a high quality paper print mounted on a lightweight but sturdy foamcore backing. This combination guarantees a smooth print and offers a professional, polished look. Foamboard Mounted Prints are a great way to display your photos and artwork.
*Note: Larger foam-mounted prints over 16×24 are advised to be framed to avoid any warping over time.

Difference Between a Print and a Mounted Print

A standard print is just the paper it’s printed on. A mounted print is permanently adhered to a supportive backing material. Because foam board mounted prints hold their shape, they lay flatter, look more polished, and are easier to display and transport than unmounted prints.
